This isn’t because we are in summer that we don’t have to walk in
the mountains, furthermore if it’s to visit this spectacular cottage in
Zermatt. With an area of 300 m2 this « loft chalet » is located in a
traditional cabin in the Swiss Alps. Its sides of glass, steel, concrete
and wood amalgamate in a different and contemporary architecture.
Result of work of Swiss architect Heinz Julen. it was his own house
before being offered for short term rental. A trip to the mountains,
anyone?
With views of Saltsjön and Finnboda Harbor, this apartment with
refined design decoration that opens wide to the sea, is an invitation
to take a ferry and to travel.
At Ipanema on the beachfront, stylist Gloria Marques, knows how to
combine the bright colors typical of the Brazilian interiors, with the
memories brought from trips she made throughout her life. She
sharpened her eye during her travels around the world, and applies her

The two spaces that I offer now are located in the district of Fiskebäck in Gothenburg and enjoy views of the sea from their balconies. The first is a 114m² four rooms apartment, the second one a 91m² three rooms , both decorated with a white /black / brown basis, which provides a feeling of total serenity.
